Professional Consultation & Mentorship for Therapists
-
Individual consultation offers a space to receive tailored support around a specific clinical question, professional challenge, or area of growth. These consultations are typically one-time or as-needed meetings and are meant to meet you where you are and respond to your unique needs.
Common consultation topics include:
Therapeutic development: Case consultation and treatment planning, Psychodynamic case conceptualization, Navigating complex therapeutic relationships and ruptures
Areas of Specialty: Religious trauma and spiritual abuse, Body image and women's mental health, Anxiety, perfectionism, and high-achieving clients
Professional Identity Development: Working through areas of clinical stuckness, Professional identity and career questions, Private practice development and business consultation
Whether you're looking for a fresh perspective on a difficult case or guidance in your professional journey, consultation provides dedicated time to think deeply and intentionally about your work.

Mentorship is designed for clinicians who want more than occasional consultation. It fills the space between supervision and consultation by providing an ongoing relationship focused on long-term professional development.
Many clinicians leave graduate training wanting continued support but without the structure of supervision. Mentorship offers a place to deepen your clinical thinking, strengthen your professional identity, and continue growing as a therapist throughout your career.
Most mentees meet with me bi-weekly, allowing us to build continuity and intentionally invest in your development over time. Together, we may explore:
Developing confidence in your clinical voice
Deepening psychodynamic and relational understanding
Strengthening case conceptualization skills
Navigating imposter syndrome and self-doubt
Integrating theory into everyday clinical practice
Building a sustainable and fulfilling career
Developing your professional identity and areas of specialization
Private practice growth and business development
Mentorship is ideal for clinicians who value reflective learning, ongoing feedback, and a trusted professional relationship that supports both clinical excellence and career longevity.
